Why Hello there...

I have been thinking about starting a blog for some time now.  I am thinking there is no better way to chronicle the adventures of this journey called life than through mine own little spot.  It will be a place where I can come and just be me; include things and experiences that make me who I am.  There are two elements that have been a big part of my life for pretty much as long as I can remember.  For me, they both provide a creative outlet and allow me to escape from the everyday grind.  They allow me to slow down and appreciate what I have and who I have around me.  So, when thinking about what I would call this little spot of mine those two elements seemed perfect...Ink and Flour.  Besides sharing with you my journey and adventures, I will be focusing on my creative outlets of crafting and baking.

If you are reading this, I want to say thank you for being who you are to me.  You are already part of my journey because I am sure you didn't just stumble upon my little abode by accident. So, I hope you come often because you are important to me!  h

  29. Sorry, one more comment from a seasoned blogger... if you want to keep getting lots of comments, turn off word verification and instead disallow anonymous comments... that usually stops any spam getting through and wv is such a pain for visitors..

  33. I'm hopping over here from T!m's blog and absolutely adore what I see!! Your tattered flower creation is gorgeous, and I love your tags! Looking forward to being inspired by your culinary talents too! My husband's maternal family hails from Nova Scotia, and we honeymooned there years ago at the rustic cabin built on an original King's land grant to his ancestors. Such a beautiful little country!
